Before your visit
Arrival time
Arriving 15 minutes before your session gives you comfortable time to prepare and settle in.
Cancellation and changes
You can postpone or change your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 6 hours in advance.
Nothing to prepare
Peştamal, towels and slippers are provided by us. All you need to bring is yourself.
Couples and groups
We arrange special planning for guests who wish to visit together. Call us for availability.
About reservations
Is a reservation required?
Not required, but we recommend it so we can hold your preferred time. On busy days we may not be able to offer a slot to walk-in guests.
When do I pay?
Payment is taken at the spa on the day of your session. We do not ask for a prepayment when you book.
Can I postpone my appointment?
Of course. If you reach us at least 6 hours before your session, we can move your appointment to another day free of charge.
How long does a session last?
Depending on the ritual you choose, sessions last between 40 and 90 minutes. Duration details appear in the list when you select a service.
Can I book for a group?
We arrange special planning for couples and groups. Simply tell us the number of guests by phone or WhatsApp.
